Organizational Structure The Project Facilitation Committee (PFC), which consists of members from SEBS, NSP and DEPROSC Nepal, is the apex body of the project. It formulates policies of the project and SEBS NSP approves and verifies the daily progress of the project. The Regional Management Committee, which consists of local community members, is responsible for the management of the facilities of the Regional Community Centers (RCCs) and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.
Human Resource Structure A team of professionals was hired at the head office in Kathmandu (Team Leader, Program Coordinator, Information and Communication Officer) and regional offices (Regional Manager, Regional Assistant, Community Liaison, Readership Promoters, Doko Dai/Didis) in Barabise and Mahendranagar to implement the project.
