Non Formal Education (NFE) Basic Training for Facilitators was given in the barabise region with the view that it will have a ripple effect and the program will reach to most of the villagers in the near future. The details of the program are as follows:

Resource Persons: Mr. Basu Ram Bhandari, Mr. Padam Bahadur Basnet, Mr. Khadga Bahadur Kunwar, and Mr. Keshav Upadhyaya

Training Coordinator: DEPROSC Nepal

Eligibility: NFE facilitators in Sindhupalchowk district     

Content: Training management, concept of NFE, difference between formal and NFE, Recapping the reasons for children not going to school, child psychology, child rights and government acts, Out of School program and its objectives, daily evaluation, teaching methodologies on NFE based on ‘Naulo Bihani’, trait and role of facilitator, and micro teaching.
